Return & Refund Policy

Your refund will be initiated by us within 2 business days of authorization of the refund post approval of the return request.

Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 4-8 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways and external couriers (for cheques).

Mode of Refund

For both cancelled orders & returned products (due to incomplete sets, incorrect style, wrong sizes, or defective products delivered), the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase.

Return Policy

We have a Ten days return policy, which means you have Seven days after receiving your product/item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unwashed and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return of products can be made only where incomplete sets of garment, wrong style other than what has been selected, wrong sizes, or defective products are delivered.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt of the order and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send us the picture of such defective, damaged or wrong item received by you on our email


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like artificial jewellery. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item before placing the orders.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items which were on seasonal sales or heavy discount item (discounted item 40% and above).


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return of product is allowed only if we are informed in writing at, our website also facilitates email intimation to us should you wish to return the product for the qualifying reasons stated above. . We shall organise reverse pick-up, if our courier partners provides Reverse pick-up services in your city. Else, you will be required to ship back to us through speed post/courier. Discount Coupon of Rs 100/- only shall be issued to you if return shipping is done by your side. These Vouchers will have 30 days of validity.

For all undelivered domestic orders (Wrong address / Change of Mind decisions/Returns due to out of station cancellations on the day of delivery / Refusal to accept the delivery), we would be charging Courier cost, both Forward and Return of flat Rs (INR) 300/- per Item and refunding the remaining amount. This will help us remain lean and cost effective. Package once received and opened at your end, won’t be returned for abovementioned reasons.
